All selected students will get an invitation and link to this online session by Fontys Study Abroad via studyabroad@fontys.nl shortly before the event.  
The event is not organised by Fontys ICT.

Online information session
Colleagues of Fontys Study Abroad will walk you through the necessary steps you need to take and what is expected of you in the application process. This will be a session to inform you of tips on application, registration and Mobility Online information. There will also be a Q&A session with Team Study Abroad and enough room for you to ask questions.

You will get information on the process and next steps to take after the nomination, such as:

• Mobility Online workflow
• Learning Agreement
• who to contact for which questions, etc.
• Erasmus+ scholarships and further scholarship opportunities 
• Q&A session 

Networking Event (online)
After the session, you will get the invitation link for a Networking Event (Online), where you will have the chance to virtually connect with fellow students going to same country, same university etc. and share contacts/information.

Additionally to the Fontyswide Pre-departure Event there will also be online sessions for Meet & Greet and Q&A with Fontys ICT and Cluster Technology students currently studying abroad and experienced students from past semester, at scheduled timeslots as published and more to be announced.

Study Abroad Event!

We will be present at the Career Day in Eindhoven in November organized for all students with interest or concrete plans to go abroad. Also lecturers and staff can get informed and learn more. You can talk with colleagues who represent different options to go abroad during your studies. Thinking of:

• Minor Study Abroad
• Internship or Graduation Abroad
• International Weeks, a great opportunity for a study abroad experience in a week!

Study Abroad Event: for you too!
This event in Eindhoven is also meant for students who will go abroad next semester for their minor, internship or graduation in Spring 2025. It is a pre-departure moment for information, practical matters, Q&A and networking. And very useful for future students with interest to go abroad.

All students selected for a Minor Study Abroad Spring 2025 will receive an invite by Fontys Study Abroad via studyabroad@fontys.nl shortly before the event.
More information along with the link to this online session will follow a few weeks before the event. The event is not organised by Fontys ICT.

Upcoming online event
This event focuses more on practicalities, such as making sure that they organize insurance, accommodation, visa, etc. before departure. Also, for the students going to Erasmus partners, there will be a presentation on Erasmus scholarships. At the end of this event there will be a Q&A session.
You can expect:

• practical information such as finances, accommodation, insurances etc.
• also Erasmus+ scholarship information
• Q&A session before your departure

In this workshop HTGA (How To Go Abroad) - Minor Study Abroad, we will go through all information and first steps to apply for the Minor Study Abroad. 
The online information session will help you in your orientation to make choices and prepare your application.

You will learn more about:

• Orientation and search to find a partner institution
• Fontys Wide partners and Cluster partners
• Use your network
• Interesting information sources and contacts
• Mobility Online
• Erasmus+ application
• Practical matters and preparation of your stay abroad

After the Christmas break your departure will be at different times. It might be good to have contact again with the other students who go abroad. Just be part of the international community from Fontys ICT. After all, you all are Fontys and Fontys ICT ambassadors at our partner universities and internship companies.
