Finland: Haaga-Helia International Staff Week

Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Finland is excited to announce that Haaga-Helia's 2025 International Staff Week will take place from 13 May to 16 May 2025. The theme for this year will be Applied AI and how to use AI at work.

This International Staff Week also allows attendees to visit our Pasila campus in Helsinki and our nearby Porvoo campus. Most information and sign-up details will be available soon.

International Staff Week 

What?
International Staff Week is a four-day event organized by Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences's International Services. It is offered exclusively to our partner universities.
During the event, participants will be able to network, share experiences and best practices, and get new perspectives and ideas for their work.

When?
Haaga-Helia's 2025 International Staff Week will take place from 11 May to 14 May 2025.. Next year's program will take place at our Pasila and Porvoo campuses.

For whom?
The event is only for staff members of Haaga-Helia partner universities. Participation in our 2025 International Staff Week will have a 150 EUR fee.

The programme is for the administrative staff of Haaga-Helia partner universities, such as:

• marketing and communications
• alumni services
• career and recruitment services
• quality management
• research, development, and innovation service.

First sign up via the form on the right for coordination by Fontys ICT internationalisation team. We can send up to 2 colleagues per partner university.
