Denmark, IBA Kolding: Global Mindset training

International Business Academy (IBA), Kolding, Denmark is delighted to invite you to participate in our Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) project, “Global Mindset Training,” taking place from 7–11 April 2025.
Online component – 19th March 2025 from 15:00-16:00 on MS Teams. 

Target Group
Staff from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), including administrative personnel, international office staff, and educators involved in international activities.

As this is a BIP project participants are encouraged to join under the Erasmus+ programme – Staff Mobility for Training.

Programme Highlights
Developed in collaboration with C3 Consulting, this training programme aims to:

• Strengthen cultural intelligence.
• Improve cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
• Avoid misunderstandings in international interactions.

Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to observe IBA’s three international student weeks, which run simultaneously. You’ll witness group work on real-life company cases, visit a Danish company, and attend the students’ final project presentations.
