Exchange students expressed their views on Haaga-Helia & Finland
Spring semester 2023, a total of 114 exchange students from France, Germany, the Netherlands and Austria were asked about their reason for choosing Finland as an exchange destination during their orientation week.
Some of the foremost reasons that were stated by your students were Finland's renowned education system, snow and winter being an exciting factor, work-life oriented learning and the versatility of the teaching methods used at Haaga-Helia. Exchange students also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the teachers along with the modern facilities that were available on our campuses. However, the students did point out factors such as higher cost of living in Finland which was a downside of choosing Finland as the excvhangfe destination overall. Overall, we are happy with the positive results and hope to welcome more of your students on our campus!
