Confirmation of participation

With your application and this confirmation of your participation you agree as follows:

• Your name and e-mail address will be shared with other fellow Fontys ICT students if applicable and the organising partner.
• You are aware that upon confirmation of registration, your attendance is no longer optional. Any cancellation will have consequences for partner universities involved.
• You will pay related costs such as participation, accommodation, etc. directly to the organizing partner or at your stay abroad.
• You will receive an Erasmus+ BIP scholarship to (partially) cover expenses for travel and accommodation. For this, you will complete the Erasmus application in Mobility Online according to the instructions you receive from Fontys.
• You commit yourself to participate in all the activities of the programme of the project.
• You will behave correctly during the whole programme.
